You want to empower

the people you serve

and help them be more effective, more collaborative, and better able to work as a team. You want to offer them something that’s meaningful, engaging, and actually helpful—not just empty motivation or over-their-heads theory. Oh—and you need it to work within your already-approved budget for the year.

Don’t worry—I’ve got you. Whether it’s a small group or hundreds, in-person or virtual, I’ll tailor your session to fit your specific audience and work within your schedule and budget. I promise that you’ll see results, and that we’ll have fun doing it.

One more thing—if you also need it to appeal to and engage young people (teens through early 20s), you’re still all good. I’ve got you there, too.

Kathy’s handle on the material plus her ability to affirm and empower our diverse group yielded immediate results. I also loved Kathy’s playful easy style that comes from years of interacting with groups. She’s spontaneous and funny, quick to react and uses every opportunity to engage the entire group.

PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

Using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® assessment, we help individuals understand how to leverage those talents for greater personal and professional effectiveness. We also help teams examine their dynamics, explore how individual strengths contribute to the team’s success, and open up greater collaboration.

  • Suitable for groups of all ages (high school teens through adults).

  • Can be offered from a Christian faith-based perspective if desired.

  • Offered to corporate and governmental agencies through Elevate BDG / Elevate USA.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

As we manage our work, families, friends, hobbies, and commitments, we can begin to feel “burned out,” out of balance, overwhelmed, or stretched too thin - which negatively impacts both our work and personal lives and prevents us from fully showing up in each area.  Restore your sense of wellbeing as you:

  • Gain clarity about your most important needs

  • Renew your focus on what matters most in your life

  • Plan your time purposely for maximum impact

You’ll get practical strategies and insights to avoid burnout, create balance, and lead a more fulfilling life.

MANAGING TIME WITH PURPOSE

Do you lead your life, or does your life lead you?  Regain control over your schedule, set (or reset) your priorities, and take action to achieve your goals!  You’ll learn how to use your calendar to block out time for what matters most and begin to enjoy greater productivity and a stronger sense of purpose in life.

NAVIGATE CHANGE BETTER

Change is rarely easy, but it IS a constant, so learning to navigate it more effectively is essential. Explore a new model for understanding change, the reasons you’re wired to resist it, and practical strategies to make change easier so that you can lead yourself and others through it more successfully.

PURPOSEFUL PRODUCTIVITY: GETTING STUFF DONE - FOR REAL!

Do you often work really hard, but still not feel like you’ve accomplished anything – at least anything important?  There is a way to be truly productive that’s flexible, forward-moving, and fun!  It takes some discipline, but it's not rigid. There are a few steps, but it's not hard.  This quick process for productivity might just change how you approach everything from cleaning the garage to tackling a massive project at work, from building a new healthy habit to strengthening a relationship.

SELF-CARE IN REAL LIFE: SANITY, NOT VANITY

Making time to take care of ourselves is essential for leading healthy, balanced lives and for enhancing our productivity. That sounds good - but who has the time for that?! You do; I’ll show you how. In this session, you’ll pause to consider what will help you care for yourself and find small ways to build these practices into your life.
